By creating an account or using the Fleethive platform, you (“the Operator”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

Fleethive provides a cloud-based management suite for rental operators, including fleet tracking, maintenance scheduling, and administrative tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features to improve the user experience.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Fees: Access to Fleethive is provided on a subscription basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the Operator.

• Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend access to the platform if subscription fees are not paid on time.

4. User Conduct & Responsibilities

• Accuracy: The Operator is responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the system (e.g., VINs, customer details, maintenance logs).

• Compliance: You agree to use Fleethive in compliance with all local laws and regulations regarding vehicle rentals and data privacy.

• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Limitation of Liability

These Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Cebu City, Philippines.
